At Thousand Palms we offer over night and extended stay lodging in our nine Patio Guest House rental units.  These one and two bedroom free standing units include full private bath, kitchen, dining and Florida Room living area.  They are fully furnished and supplied for cooking and dining.  Patio Guest Houses are perfect for family members visiting our RV customers or for vacationers  who are not traveling with an RV. Patio Guest House Units are detailed below:

Deluxe 2 Bedroom Patio Guest House 

Our most spacious Patio Guest House, this unit features tile and hardwood floors, one bedroom with Queen and one bedroom with Full bed.

Deluxe 1 Bedroom Patio Guest House

Our most beautifully furnished unit, this Patio Guest House features a Florida Room living space with tropical furniture and great views.  It has a large modern kitchen and dining area and bedroom with a Queen bed.

Standard 2 Bedroom Patio Guest House

Cute and cozy this vintage unit is located on a corner site and under shady trees.  Both bedrooms have Full sized beds and Twin beds can be available with prior arrangements.

Standard 1 Bedroom Patio Guest House

This vintage unit has a complete remodeled and expanded bathroom with extra large shower.  It has a Queen sized bed and an outside back porch for smokers.

Pet Friendly 2 Bedroom Patio Guest Houses

Friendly dogs and cats are welcome in these units.  Each has one bedroom with a Queen bed and one with a TWIN bed.

Patio Guest House Lodging Rates

Rates vary based on the season, lengthy of stay and type of unit. all rates are subject to State, County and Tourism taxes. The following are the price ranges. A specific Quote maybe obtained by calling reservations at 352-748-2337.

• Weekly     $229.00 to $475.00
• Monthly*   $725.00 to $1,295.00

*   Monthly Rate Notes:  Monthly rates do not include metered electric usage which is separately billed.  Because monthly rates are deeply discounted the best rates require payment by check or cash.  Monthly rates paid by credit card do not receive the largest discounts.
